LIMITED WARRANTY - Harley Corporation
 

Harley Corporation warrants all of its BUNKAPS® Products to be free of any factory defects or flaws for a period of Ten (10) Years from date of purchase. Harley Corp Warrants its BUNKAPS® against sunlight, ultraviolet rays, harsh salt water environments and mildew growth for a period of Five (5) Years from date of purchase. Harley Corp excludes all liability for any and all damages to the Buyer's water craft or boat created through the improper use, abuse or misuse of this product, and its non-compatibility to their water craft's hull materials. BUNKAPS® products should not be used on trailer bunks to support rough painted hulls whereby the coating has been specifically applied and designed to resist water born fungus and barnacle growth; such rough surface products will damage the BUNKAPS® and void this warranty. BUNKAPS® products should not be used on trailer bunks where the water craft or boat hull has sharp ending, mid hull ribs; these edges can slice into the vinyl which can cause product damage or failure. Buyer must present the Original Sales Receipt for returns or for any warranty replacements. All returns are subject to Harley Corp's full factory damage inspection before a replacement is issued. Buyer agrees at purchase to maintain a clear and clean surface on the BUNKAPS® as a further preventative measure against possible scuffing or scratching of Buyer's hull. Periodical cleaning of the BUNKAPS® can be achieved by using common detergent and water.
